Effective January 1st, 2017, iStream Financial Services will be implementing a monthly Compliance fee for all companies and their respective locations. This fee is necessary to help offset rising compliance costs associated with ongoing account review measures required of banks and other financial institutions by State and Federal regulations and with which iStream must also comply as a processing partner. The amount of this fee will vary based on the BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) risk score assigned to each company location and will not exceed $5.00 per base location or $3.50 per additional location per month.
