Sales Manager – Channel Recruitment
The Sales Manager – Channel Recruitment will be responsible for driving the growth of our third-party sales network by identifying, recruiting, and managing high-performing Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and 1099 sales agents. This individual will play a critical role in expanding our market reach and revenue by building strategic partnerships and equipping them with the tools, training, and support needed to effectively sell our payment processing solutions. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, a strong sales leadership background, and a proven ability to scale indirect sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit & Onboard Sales Partners: Proactively identify, engage, and sign high-potential ISOs, ISVs, and 1099 sales agents to build a robust and productive partner ecosystem.
- Develop Partner Strategy: Design and implement scalable recruitment and onboarding strategies tailored to different partner types.
- Sales Enablement: Equip partners with the necessary tools, training, and support to sell effectively and compliantly.
- Performance Management: Monitor partner activity, provide coaching, and work closely to optimize performance and revenue contribution.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on trends in the payment processing and fintech industry to identify new opportunities and improve go-to-market strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, legal, and operations teams to streamline the partner experience and ensure alignment with company objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales management or business development, with a strong focus on channel or partner recruitment in the payment processing or fintech industry.
- Proven track record of recruiting and managing successful ISOs, ISVs, and 1099 sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the merchant services ecosystem, including interchange pricing, POS systems, gateways, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, partner management platforms, and sales enablement tools.

Physical Requirements
Must have the ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend and reach. Must be able to use a telephone or headset equipment. On an infrequent basis must be able to lift and move material weighing up to 20 lbs. to move computers or system equipment.

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative position is a junior level hybrid/remote position that provides sales and support of clients and partners to support the company and individual revenue goals. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal staff to manage the entire process for clients from sales to implementation while achieving overall company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Product/Program Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through activities that include call campaigns, targeted marketing, inbound leads, networking, conference attendance and other development efforts
- Work with marketing to generate leads through marketing campaigns, lead list contacts, and delegation of leads to sales team as needed
- Research and gather data for lead lists based on business types, partners, competitors, etc. to self-generate leads and market to prospect lists
- Cross-sell products to the existing client base through targeted marketing
- Work with Product and Marketing to stay on top of new products/programs as they are introduced
- Demonstrate products and solutions to prospective clients based on their individual needs
- Work with clients to determine the advantages of the products/programs to their organization
- Work with Product and Marketing to establish pricing and product materials to provide to clients and potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and process with the potential client
- Tracking Leads/Sales
- Utilize CRM system to manage tracking and reporting on new business, cross sales and revenue estimates
- Utilize CRM to manage lead tracking to ensure that communication and follow-up is done
- Escalate business opportunities to management as needed
- Report to management on the details of the leads, calls, and presentations completed each week/month
- Integration Support
- Work with Relationship Management and Integrations on new customer/partner integrations to ensure seamless hand-off
- Ongoing Communication with internal team and client/partner as needed to ensure time to revenue goals are met
- Sales Support
- Webinar demos for potential clients
- In-house demos for potential clients
- Physical location demos for potential clients
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years successful experience in sales is required
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, sales or similar field is preferred
- Payment processing experience is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
