Director of ACH Business Development
The Director of ACH Business Development position is responsible for driving new revenue for the company through establishing new contracts for our ACH service. The Director of ACH Business Development will work closely with internal staff to contribute to the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy while achieving overall company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Product/Program Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through activities that include call campaigns, targeted marketing, inbound leads, networking, conference attendance and other development efforts
- Work with marketing to generate leads through marketing campaigns, lead list contacts, and delegation of leads to sales team as needed
- Research and gather market data to contribute to the go-to-market strategy.
- Deep understanding of the ACH services ecosystem, ICHRA, Gateways, and compliance requirements.
- Work with the Product Manager and Marketing to stay on top of new products/programs as they are introduced
- Demonstrate products and solutions to prospective clients based on their individual needs
- Responsible for driving the growth of our ACH technologies.
- Work with Product and Marketing to establish pricing and product materials to provide to clients and potential clients
- Negotiate pricing and process with the potential client
- Tracking Leads/Sales
- Utilize CRM system to manage tracking and reporting on new business, cross sales and revenue estimates
- Utilize CRM to manage lead tracking to ensure that communication and follow-up is done
- Escalate business opportunities to management as needed
- Report to management on the details of the leads, calls, and presentations completed each week/month
- Integration Support
- Work with Relationship Management and Integrations on new customer/partner integrations to ensure seamless hand-off
- Ongoing Communication with internal team and client/partner as needed to ensure time to revenue goals are met
- Strategy Support
- Refine product offering
- Contribute to new features list of existing products
- Consult with marketing on client sale presentations
- Share competitive information as acquired
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years successful experience in sales is required, including managing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in a business, sales or similar field is preferred
- Payment processing experience is required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices

Staff Accountant & HR Generalist
The Staff Accountant & HR Generalist is a hybrid role responsible for supporting both day-to-day accounting functions and human resources operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting (70%)
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and expense reporting.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
- Reconcile bank accounts and payment processor (ACH) transactions.
- Complete monthly general ledger reconciliations.
- Assist with fixed asset management and month-end close calculations.
- Assist with monthly residual calculations and the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and payment industry standards.
- Assist with audits, tax schedules, sales/use tax filings, 1099 reporting, and regulatory submissions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Assist with other reporting on an as needed basis.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Human Resources (30%)
- Assist with payroll processing and related accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS systems.
- Support the recruitment process, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, leaves of absence, and company programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries.
- Assist with performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of accounting experience; some HR experience is strongly desired.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial services/payments regulations.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage) and HRIS/payroll platforms.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage and maintain confidential information in the strictest manner.

Sales Representative
The Sales Representative position is a junior level hybrid/remote position that provides sales and support of clients and partners to support the company and individual revenue goals. The Sales Representative will work closely with internal staff to manage the entire process for clients from sales to implementation while achieving overall company goals and values.
Key Responsibilities
- Product/Program Sales
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through activities that include call campaigns, targeted marketing, inbound leads, networking, conference attendance and other development efforts

- Work with clients to determine the advantages of the products/programs to their organization
