Important System Update
At approximately 5:10 pm CST on Thursday February 16, iStream experienced a hardware issue that resulted in the inability of our customers to access the iStream deposit and back office systems or send files to us for processing. Although our staff worked diligently to rectify the issue, the outage continued until 7:45 pm CST which also impacted our ability to meet clearing bank deadlines for the posting of certain check and ACH activity. As a result, the settlement of funds to customers for their processing activity may be delayed. However, all activity posted prior to the outage was processed and cleared through the appropriate clearing bank. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please know iStream is dedicated to providing its customers with the utmost in quality system and customer support and take the impact this outage may have caused our customers very seriously. We will be performing maintenance work with the hardware vendor at 2:00 am CST Sunday February 19 to prevent this issue from occurring again in the future.
