iStream products are compatible with a variety of scanner manufacturers and scanner types. We are continuously adding new scanners via developing technology and customer requests that meet our image quality standards and value proposition. Current scanner manufacturers our solutions work with include, but are not limited to Digital Check, Epson and our own proprietary Pertech scanner the iS6100.

  • Digital Check Scanners: Single pass, dual sided imaging scanners available in a variety of solutions that scan one check at a time up to 30 checks a minutes or  offers a continuous feed mode that can scan 60 checks per minute. The Digital Check scanner line offers a quality scanner that produces images and an interface that meets iStream’s standards.
  • Epson Scanners:  Epson offers a suite of Small Business Market (SBM) scanners.  From single pass, dual sided imaging scanner with the ability to frank the document at time of scanning to a scanner and printer combination. 
  • iS6100 Scanner: Economical propriety scanner that offers high quality images, single pass dual sided scan. Priced right for businesses processing a smaller volume of checks.
  • Other Scanners: iStream supports other scanner types. Additionally we are always open to new options for imaging data or becoming compatible with existing hardware in the market.

  1. Quality Economical Equipment: iStream sells and supports quality scanners to ensure your experience is pleasant and affordable. Often times lower cost solutions do not provide the best image quality. In the end, it costs wasted time and effort managing bad images.
  2. Rental And Leasing Programs: Sometimes a month to month payment is more affordable than an outright purchase. We can accommodate your needs. 
  3. Tested and proven: All scanner models and manufacturers sold by iStream have been tested thoroughly before deployment and use in the main market.

 

How do I select what piece of equipment will be best for my business? 

  • The best thing to do is evaluate how you will be receiving checks and the end points where your checks are managed. You can review a chart under the "Features" tab and evaluate the "Checks per Minute" row or simply contact us.

What if I cannot pay for the equipment outright?

  • iStream offers rental and leasing programs to make the services more affordable.

What if my equipment stops working?

  • iStream offers a service repair program that can provide you a replacement unit. This replacement unit will typically be provided in one business day from your request.

Do the scanners have a manufacturers warranty?

  • Yes, however each scanner warranty varies by manufacturer.
