Deployment & Installation: iStream manages an inventory of scanners that can be shipped and installed at a moment’s notice. There’s no need to manage and house hardware that is tying up money and resources. Plus you can leverage our rental and leasing programs to help subsidize upfront costs.
- In house Inventory & Deployment Services: We keep inventory on hand for our Class A certified scanners that can be shipped as quickly as ordered. Our Equipment support and inventory is constantly growing.
- Remote or Face to Face Installs: Via phone or face to face, the customer will be guided through the install process, plugging in the scanner and making their first deposit. From there we will cover any additional training or functions that need to be addressed for that specific user and their role.
- Next Day Replacement Program: An optional program keeping a business depositing. For a nominal monthly fee, a user can have replacement scanners shipped for expedited delivery. An efficient alternative to waiting the 6-8 week manufacturers’’ warranty.
- Leasing and Rental Programs: Leverage our low cost options for customers to purchase equipment via leasing or rental programs.

How long does it take to rebrand the solution?
- Two weeks. Expectations are important to the marketing group. Our average turn around time is about 1 week, however there is a joint effort between marketing and IT to post the data into production. Because there is more than one department involved, we like to give ourselves some leeway.

- Yes. You should consult with your sales representative to confirm those costs based upon the details and involvement of your organization to rebrand the solution.
