How long will it take to find out about a returned (NSF) Check?

  • You can be notified about returns in as little as 48 hours. Our average time is about 3-4 days. We are one of a few organizations using the FedReceipt for Returns program. This component makes the processing of return items electronic. Other RDC solutions still send returned checks or IRDs in the mail delaying the process.

What happens if I have a Returned (NSF) Check?

  • With our iReturn system, you are notified in real time when a return on your account occurs. No more waiting in the mail for the returned item to act on it. Once you are notified by our email system or upon logging into the system you simple click on the item to see the check image being returned and click resubmit. How do I learn about a return?

  • The iReturn notification system includes the ability to set up and email notification, in addition to the client message center and home page notification Area. You can even send the email to your Smart Phone (ie Blackberry, Palm, etc)

How quickly can I see the returned item?

  • As soon as we know, is as soon as you know. Just like our entire system, you can simply click on the image icon to view the details.

What if I want a paper copy of the check?

  • iReturn offers the ability to print the returned check item. Or you can contact iStream to have an IRD (Image Replacement Document) printed and mailed.

Can I pull a report of returns?

  • Absolutely. iReturn offers reporting and item searching capabilities getting the answers you need in seconds.
