  • Yes, iStream has completed the SAS70 and will go through annual evaluation.

What is the average time it takes to integrate with our processor platform?

  • This can depend on a few factors, but our experience has been between 2-12 weeks time from start to your bank and customers are up and running.

Who works with us to roll out the solution internally and externally?

  • iStream offers a dedicated team to coordinate training for employees that can be segmented between sales and operations. Can I rebrand the solution to look like my own?

Does my institution have to be the Bank of First Deposit?

  • No. Our infrastructure is built to manage multiple models for banks and customers. We can walk though all available options, but it will come down to what do you need.

Can my institution use iStream as a Secondary Remote Deposit Solution?

  • Yes.  iStream understands that our solution is flexible enough to meet the needs of customers other solutions are unable to.

Is iStream capable of converting my institution and customers from a different RDC solution to iStream?

  • Yes.  iStream will work closely with your institution and customers to ensure a smooth transition process encompassing all departments.
