I would like to let you know that we are very pleased with the check scanning deposit system that iStream installed and implemented for us. It has allowed us to save about $500 per month from our Bank's increasing lockbox fees. The ability to scan and generate deposit reports provides us with useful archival reports which we can store digitally rather than piles of bankers boxes full of paper documents.
We also better utilize internal clerical staff time and assignment of duties as a result of the changed system. If we had any technical questions, your office has been right there with quick solutions-sparing us from having to sit in a queue with Tech Support in another part of the world.
