I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for introducing us to the iStream remote deposit system. East Bay Newspapers installed the system in June of 2007 and has been enjoying the benefits of the system ever since. The installation process was very simple and we were using the system minutes from when the scanner was delivered. The scanner is easy to use and maintain. The software is user friendly and simple to use so training of the users was very straightforward. Our deposit process has become more efficient as we are saving time not writing deposit slips manually and with the electronic depositing of our funds, we no longer go to the bank. We have access to deposit activity in real time via the web and have benefited from the easy to use reporting capabilities. The searchable database of our checks has helped with customer service and accounting issues and we no longer need to make copies of checks. The iReturn feature allows us to manage return checks extremely efficiently as we are notified via the web based system immediately and can redeposit with the click of a button.
