The training you conducted with our loan officers and branch managers made an excellent first impression. It allowed them to have a good understanding of the product and gave them the ability to sell it to our customers. I truly appreciated the training you provided to our first customer. It gave me the knowledge I needed to install remote deposit and train the new clients that have enrolled.

Remote deposit has allowed us to develop and expand business relationships outside of our current market. A current client was utilizing one of our branch locations to make daily deposits, but then swept the funds to their corporate account. With remote deposit we were able to expand our relationship with them by setting up scanners in their seven other locations that are outside of our market area, allowing us to be their only financial institution. Not only did this increase our deposit relationship with them, but we were also able to cross sell a variety of other products.
